As I’m sure you may already know, our time here on Earth is precious. Today’s post is all about how to be more intentional with your free time.

Due to the busy-ness of life (by the way, I despise the word ‘busy’) we tend to get caught up in our worry and stress and, next thing we know, an hour of our free time has passed us by and all we accomplished was catching up on our social media feeds. Sound familiar?

It’s time to stop mindlessly wasting that precious free time that we get (ahem, looking at you, Facebook!) and start using our down time intentionally.

Because it is when we are truly present with ourselves and with others that we can become more mindful. And by becoming more mindful, we will eliminate stress, increase productivity, and (most importantly) promote happiness all around.
