Daily routines are a very big part of my life. I have found that by committing to a daily routine, I experience higher levels of productivity, fulfillment, energy, and happiness and lower levels of stress, overwhelm, and anxiety. Not to mention, I have been sleeping like a baby. In this video, I’m breaking down my favorite healthy morning habits to start your day.
Many of you know, I adopted The Miracle Morning earlier this year as a big part of my morning routine. I wake up at the crack of dawn and use those magical moments before the sun rises to meditate, visualize, read, and journal. (I’ll link to the book here in case you’re interested)
However, before I even started The Miracle Morning, I had incorporated other healthy habits into my morning practice and so, today, I wanted to share those with you.

Remember that there are good habits and there are bad habits and it’s going to take commitment and dedication to break the bad ones in order to replace them with the good ones.
I don’t believe in an easy road. I believe in honoring your priorities. Staying healthy — mind, body, and soul — is one of my highest priorities. So, although it hasn’t always been easy, sticking to my morning routine is vital. And the results I’ve seen have kept me going!
Feel free to start small. You don’t have to adopt all of these habits. Maybe pick one, two, or three that sound like something you’d want to try and commit to doing those. Then, build onto your morning practice until you find what works for you.
